RESERVATION
All services should be booked through our Karachi office. In handle your reservation efficiently, kindly advice full detail of the Tickets or Groups regarding their arrival/ departure dates, fight numbers, number of participants, room requirements, meals and sightseeing ctc.

EXCLUDE
Tour rates do not include any government tax, airport tax, laundry, mineral water, mailing charges and/or any items of a personal nature. Side tips or personal transfers are strictly not permitted.

CONFIRMATIONS
All reservation requests will be confirmed immediately by E-mail letter. Telexes/Faxes/Airmails will be sent only when requested.

VOUCHERS
Please issue one voucher for all services required. A copy of the itinerary should also be forwarded with the voucher, and only those services indicated will be provided. Copies of both vouchers and itinerary must be received prior to arrival of clients.

RATES
Mahdi Travels, reserve the right to alter these rates, without prior notice, due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control like devaluation, increase in fuel cost, etc. we reserve the right to add any additional tax (es) to the rates quoted. However, every efforts will be made to give advance notice of any alterations.

GUIDES
Mahdi Travels, provide well-trained and experienced tourist guides fluent in English. For all joint transfer and sightseeing, only English speaking guides are provided. Guides speaking languages other than English are available upon request at additional cost.

CANCELLATIONS
For any cancellations of confirmed arrangements, a cancellation fee according to the case will be charged.

REFUNDS
The refunds will be processed and adjust in the fort-nightly billing after 45 days of processing.

PAYMENTS
Full payment is required for the invoices issued. Payment can be made to our following bank a/c no. if payment is to be made by credit cards, an additional 2.5% will be added to our traffic rates. Company cheques or personal cheques are acceptable. MAHDI Travels does not accept any bank charges or fees resulting from the transfer of money from your accounts to ours. Any and all such fees or charges are for your account and cannot be dubbed from the payment. Kindly advice us by telephone/fax/email after the transfer order has been made, for our reference only.

REPONSIBILITY
Mahdi Travels, while undertaking tours, transportation, hotel accommodation and other services, acts only as an agent on the clear understanding that it shall not be, in anyway, be responsible or liable for any accident, personal injury, sickness, damage, losses, thefts, robbery, loss of baggage, including negligence on the part of any persons, additional expense or inconvenience caused in connection with the travel facilities arranged by the company, its employees or agents. All tours are conducted according to the program with the utmost care. This agency has the right to cancel, change or alter the program due to any unforeseen circumstance like natural disasters, landslide, riots, traffic hold-ups or where places for visit are closed. All booking are accepted subject to the above said conditions.
